Raju Thakwani

An entrepreneur at heart and a sturdy businessman, Raju Thakwani started Avishkar Realty in 1985. A civil engineer by qualification he is one of the pioneers in new age, high rise construction in the city of Pune. Having brought about various new techniques to the Pune real estate scenes the company flourished to become a 100crore enterprise under his dedicated leadership.

Kavish Thakwani

A technologist at hear Kavish Thakwani followed in his father’s footsteps and is now the Engineering Director for all projects. He brings keen business acumen and technology expertize to all projects. As a member of CREDAI he has represented India at various construction conferences and the World Skill Competition.
