Raju Thakwani
An entrepreneur at heart and a sturdy businessman, Raju Thakwani started Avishkar Realty in 1985. A civil engineer by qualification he is one of the pioneers of high rise construction in the city of Pune. Having brought about various new techniques to the Pune real estate scenario, the company flourished to become a 100crore enterprise under his dedicated leadership.
Kavish Thakwani
A technologist at heart, Kavish Thakwani followed in his father’s footsteps and is now the Engineering Director for all projects. He brings his business acumen and technological expertize to all projects. As a member of CREDAI, he has represented India at various construction conferences and the World Skill Competition.
